Return and Cashback Policy

Cashback Policy

◈ Customers receive cashback of up to 5% of the invoice value, excluding shipping fees and VAT.

◈ The cashback is automatically added to the customer's electronic wallet within the store after the order is completed and delivered.

◈ The maximum cashback per order is 300 Saudi Riyals, valid for one full year from the order date.

◈ Cashback does not apply to orders paid on delivery or via Tamara and Tabby services.

🔹 The accumulated wallet balance can only be used on future orders and cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred in any form.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

◈ Customers have the right to return or exchange a product within (14) days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition and completely unopened.

◈ The product must be unused, in its original sealed packaging with all accessories and the invoice.

◈ In the event of a damaged or incorrect product, a complaint must be filed within 7 days of receipt with supporting photos.

◈ Returns require prior communication with customer service via WhatsApp 920033156 or email info@falqunon.com.

◈ Refunds will be issued within (5–14) business days of receiving and verifying the returned product, to the original payment method.

🔹 Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility except in cases of store error or defect.
