◈ Immediately notify the store if an OTP is received without a prior request, or if unauthorized access is suspected.
◈ Bear full responsibility for all activities conducted through their account if they disclose the OTP to any party.
🔹 The OTP is valid for a single use and for a limited time. The store will never request this code through any communication channel.

4. Orders & Prices
◈ Displayed prices are final and include VAT unless otherwise indicated.
◈ The store reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice, while maintaining the price of confirmed orders.
◈ An order is considered confirmed after payment is completed and an official confirmation message is received.
◈ If a product is unavailable after order confirmation, the customer will be notified and fully refunded.
◈ The store reserves the right to reject any order without obligation to provide reasons.

5. Payment Methods
The store accepts the following approved electronic payment methods:

◈ Cash on delivery where available.

6. Shipping & Delivery
◈ Delivery time is calculated from the order confirmation date, not from the payment completion date.
◈ Stated shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond the store's control.
◈ The customer bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the delivery address.
◈ For shipments within Saudi Arabia: A Short Address (National Short Address) is required to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
◈ For international shipments to Gulf countries: A complete and accurate address is required including country, city, district, street, and building number.
◈ Shipping fees are specified on the checkout page and vary by location and weight.
◈ If delivery fails due to incorrect information, shipping fees will be recalculated.
🔹 Additional customs fees may apply to international shipments and are the customer's responsibility.

7. Returns & Exchanges Policy
◈ Products may be returned within (14) days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and completely unopened.
◈ The product must be unused, in its original sealed packaging with all accessories and the invoice.
◈ Refunds will be issued within (5–14) business days of receiving and verifying the returned product.
🔹 Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility except in cases of store error or manufacturing defect.

9. Intellectual Property
