Domestic Shipping and Delivery Policy

◈ Delivery is available to all regions and cities of Saudi Arabia.

◈ Delivery within the cities of Hail and Riyadh: handled by a dedicated delivery representative on the same business day.

◈ Delivery to other cities and regions of the Kingdom: handled by SMSA Express within 2–3 business days.

◈ A Short Address (National Short Address) is required at the time of ordering to ensure accurate and timely delivery. It can be obtained from the Saudi Post website splonline.com.sa

◈ The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the entered address; if delivery fails due to incorrect data, shipping fees will be recalculated.

🔹 Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by logistical circumstances beyond the store's control.

International GCC Shipping Policy

◈ We ship to all GCC countries: UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman.

◈ International delivery takes between 5 and 10 business days from the order confirmation date.

◈ A complete and accurate address is required including: country name, city, district, street, and building number.

◈ Customs and import fees imposed by the recipient's country are entirely the customer's responsibility and are not covered by the store.

🔹 It is recommended to review your country's import regulations before placing an order, especially regarding natural honey products.
